Student Handbook

Comprehensive policies and guidelines for students at the Acupuncture College of Manitoba, covering tuition, academic procedures, clinical experience, and student rights.

Students who withdraw from their program may be entitled to a refund of tuition and fees, subject to the following schedule and conditions.

Refund Schedule

  • Before program start: Full refund of tuition, minus the non-refundable registration fee
  • First week of program: 75% tuition refund
  • Second week of program: 50% tuition refund
  • After second week: No refund

Fee Refund Policy

Non-refundable fees include the registration fee and the cost of any materials that have been used or opened.

Request Process

Students must submit a written withdrawal request to the Registrar's Office. Refunds will be calculated based on the date the written request is received.

Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies or compassionate grounds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

Outstanding Debts

Students with outstanding balances will have any applicable refunds applied to their account before any remaining balance is returned.
